One of the weird things about hitting your 30s is that suddenly you start seeing pictures of people your age in bank ads about planning responsibly for your family’s future. Guess I’d better hurry up and plan to be chilling on Cape Cod with my Banana Republic wardrobe and hipster beard, my well-coiffed wife, and our child looking optimistically toward the future.

  1. coloring-book said: Srsly, so weird. Times have changed; people AREN’T doing those things so young any more. Especially in a liberal city like Mpls, the need to grow up so fast and “settle down” is not as strong.. and I’m thankful for that.
